TERMS & CONDITIONS
All customers must agree to our Terms and Conditions before booking with our Travel Agency. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings at any time, for any reason. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. All customers must be 18 years of age or older to book with us. We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during your travels.
Reservations

* You may book a tour with Ceylon Tours & Travels, using the booking process by using our website. The said company may, at their discretion, accept or reject any booking of a Tour, for reasons disclosed or undisclosed.
* If Ceylon Tours & Travels accept your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you, attaching details of the Tour, invoice and a copy of these terms & conditions.(Confirmation Email). It is guest(s) responsibility to check the booking details (including, in particular, the details of your Tour) provided in the Confirmation Email before paying the invoice.
* Your booking will be complete, on your payment of part, or the entire Fee in accordance with these terms & conditions. Once your booking is complete, you may not cancel your booking other than in accordance with these terms & conditions, including our cancellation policy.

We also accept bank transfers and cash on delivery. All payments are processed in a secure environment and are subject to our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment policy, please contact us.
Cancellation

Ceylon Tours & Travel's cancellation policy is designed to provide a fair and reasonable approach for both our customers and our business. We understand that plans can change and we are committed to making the cancellation process as easy and stress-free as possible.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you must contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your departure will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will be refunded less a cancellation fee which is equal to 25% of the total cost of the booking. 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting date: 50% Cancellation Fee.
No refunds are available for cancellations made on the day of departure. In some circumstances, we may offer a credit to be used for a future booking with us. To discuss this, please contact us as soon as possible.

General Conditions

Wild Life Park visits will be at client’s own risk.

Jeeps used for Safaris are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours)
Travel Insurance

Ceylon Tours & Travels strongly recommends that guests arrange travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. inclement weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). It is recommended that guests arrange medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, loss of baggage, loss of personal belongings, or other such travel mishaps. Guests must agree that both Ceylon Tours & Travels and any local partner service providers are not liable for any of such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider.

Our Travel Agency takes customer disputes seriously and will take all necessary steps to resolve any issues. We strive to provide excellent service, and if a customer feels that they have not been treated fairly, we will investigate the matter and take the appropriate action. We strive to resolve all disputes in a timely and professional manner. If you have a dispute with our Travel Agency, please contact us immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
